Corrected Age Charts by Weeks Born Early (3-16)
Corrected age is the age counted from the due date: the age since birth minus the weeks born early. The AAP advises using it for developmental comparison in the first 2 years, and CDC suggests it for a child born more than 3 weeks early. Pick the number of weeks your baby was born early for a month-by-month chart, or use the calculator for exact dates.
